Returns & Cancellations Policy

At Bed Monkey, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
This policy explains your rights under UK law and our own terms regarding returns and cancellations.

YourRight to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

If you purchase a standard stock item online or by phone, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery.
To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your goods.
You then have another 14 days to return the item.
A full refund (including the original delivery cost, if charged) will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Exemptions(Made-to-Order & Customised Goods)

The 14-day cancellation period does not apply to items that are 48 hours of purchase, such as:

Upholstered beds, headboards, and divans made in your chosen size and fabric
Any product manufactured to your specific requirements

These orders may only be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase. After this time, cancellations will incur a 50% charge of the order value.

To help you choose with confidence, we offer a free fabric swatch service and strongly recommend requesting samples before ordering.

Mattresses & Hygiene

For hygiene reasons, mattresses can only be returned if they are unused, still sealed in their original packaging, and in perfect condition.
Once a mattress has been opened, we cannot accept a return unless it is found to be faulty.

Access & Suitability

Please ensure that items you order will fit into your home and the intended room of use.
If you are unsure, please contact us before ordering for advice.
Returns due to access issues will be treated as a change-of-mind return and may be subject to collection costs.

Returns Procedure

Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return.

If the item is faulty or delivered incorrectly:

we will arrange collection free of charge.

If you are returning because you’ve changed your mind:

You can arrange to return the goods to our warehouse at your own cost, or
We can arrange collection at a minimum charge of £50, which will be deducted from your refund.

All returned goods must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the returned goods.
