Our Returns Policy

At Bed Monkey, each item (except for mattresses) is bespoke for you. We offer a 24 hour grace period where you can cancel free of charge. A member of our team will get in touch to confirm your order before we put into production, you can make any amendments at this stage.
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept back any mattresses that have been removed from original packaging. Please notify us within 7 days of goods been delivered if you wish to make a return.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason and we have exceeded the grace period, we are subject to charge a 50% cancellation fee.
Once items are delivered, we do not accept returns unless items are faulty. Refunds are processed once your order is back in our warehouse and will be issued back to your original payment method.
We highly recommend you make sure you have access up to your room of choice for the products ordered. You will find bed measurements on every product page. Please use this as a guideline. If you are unsure, please get in touch and we are happy to advise.
